We do not offer cash refunds for any products purchased through our store. However, we do offer a hassle-free 7-day return and replacement policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns will be processed as a replacement or store credit, not as a cash refund.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • A clear description and image/video proof of the issue must be provided.

3. Exceptions
